This is an interview with a manager of a health care organization that has adapted many quality tools and best practices to its own industry, resulting in over 25% cost savings. CompTech went through their stage 1 audit for ISO 9001:2008 registration and received a recommendation to proceed to stage 2 registration. The stage 2 registration audit is scheduled for late July 2009. CompTech is using Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc.

The new quality management system at CompTech has helped the organization implement measurable continuous improvement, while improving customer satisfaction.

The site will complement the newly released QualityBestPractices.com website, which is used for promoting best practices related to quality management systems for small to midsized manufacturers primarily in the Cleveland Ohio area.

The company, Bullock Quality Tactics, LLC was founded by Rob Bullock in 2007. It performs outsourcing of quality management functions to small to midsized manufacturers.
